By paying for any invoice and/or purchasing any of my digital services, you automatically agree to abide by the conditions of this document.

➤ NSFW Outfits and Poses
➤ Light Gore (superficial injuries, bullet holes, amputations)
➤ Light Mech/Armor
➤ Light Weaponry (swords, modern firearms, medieval weapons)
➤ Humanoid Figures
➤ All body and hair shapes/textures.
WILL NOT DO / CANT DO➤ Furries (for now)
➤ Loli (petite falls under a different category but I will judge based on the requests)
➤ Complex Gore, Mech, Armor, Weaponry (please ask for acceptability prior to requesting)
➤ Political Work
➤ Hate Work / Dark Humor (antisemitism, racism, hate crime depictions etc.)
PAYMENTSPreferably, an initial deposit of 50% of the commission price is required to be paid before work begins. Commissions with more expensive listings, payment through installments can be negotiated.
COMMUNICATION➤ Communication can be done through Discord or VGen’s Direct Messaging System. I will provide my discord once the initial deposit to start the commission has been paid.➤ If the client does not respond within two (2) weeks after a first progress update is provided without informing me beforehand, I will discontinue the commission without any refunds.➤ If the client does not respond within two (2) weeks after the final update is provided and/or if the commission has been marked as completed, there will be no revisions or refunds allowed.
REVISIONSYou are allowed an unlimited amount of revisions as long as you are considerate of my time and efforts. Any excessive revisions might limit your revision limits or may lead to a refund if the revisions are considerably different from the initial requests.Do not be afraid to ask for any revisions. You are paying for my services and I would love for you to be happy with the final product. Just be considerate of any requests that you make and be respectful about it!
DEADLINES AND TURNAROUND TIMESAny services provided will be done within a two to three month (2-3) time frame. I will be sure to communicate with you and be transparent about your deadlines, revisions, and deliveries.★ Do consider the fact that I am also a student working on projects, commissions, and work. Please understand that prior to requesting my services.
FINAL PRODUCTSThe final product will be sent through Google Drive. Full payment is required for the final files to be sent. I will not use other delivery platforms since Google Drive is free and available for everyone to use internationally.
CREDITSMy username "HanamuraAchi" MUST be credited clearly with any artwork that is posted publicly.If you need any specific links from me, please refer to my website

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS AND COMMERCIAL USAGE CLAUSE
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY (IP) RIGHTS➤ I reserve the right to post any works in progress, stream the process, and post final renders unless the privacy fee is paid (varies based on the service).➤ I reserve the right to use ALL of the services for my portfolio. No exceptions otherwise.
AI/NFT USAGE AND REQUEST RESTRICTIONSAI and/or NFT usage of my work is not permitted. AI generated references or requests will be denied any form of services and will be blocked.➤ Pre-existing AI references are okay. Only AI that was generated as a "reference" for the commission will be denied. If you can describe well enough to write for an AI prompt, you can describe well enough to write a definitive request for me.➤ Do not feed any of my works directly into any AI platform of any sort. ( i.e. Gemini, ChatGPT, etc. )
REFUND POLICIESRefunds are eligible for all services only within the sketch phase. As soon as the sketch phase has been green lit, refunds will not be an option then. Exceptions will be made if I fail to communicate, give updates, or if I am unable to finish the commission within a reasonable time frame since the initial payment.➤ I reserve the right to refund any services for any reason.➤ Refunds will not be eligible if the platform(s) you use decides that the design breaks their TOS. Consider researching thoroughly before requesting my services.➤ Refer to my public workflow (public through V-Gen) before considering any refunds or services.
SERVICE RIGHTS [ NONCOMMERCIAL AND COMMERCIAL ]
All personal/noncommercial and commercial rights for all my services are included.➤ The artwork serviced only includes noncommercial rights (you can use the design to reference any new merchandise but you cannot use the artwork for that merch unless the service is for that specific request - DM for any clarifications needed).➤ Any form of monetization will fall under commercial usages. DM me for more inquiries about commercial usages.
COMMERCIAL USAGE / RESELLING➤ Any form of resales or giveaways must be brought up to me prior to the initial listing. New owners will still need credit and agree to my Terms of Service.
Free giveaways are allowed. New owners will need to accept my TOS and credit my work.➤ You may resell the artwork as itself only for the exact price that you commissioned it for, or less.➤ You may not add any additional fees if you are not providing any additional services (character art/illustrations etc.) along the initial art works.
